 Advantage Tech stable and growing client in Overland Park seeking an Account Manager for their team.

 

The Account Manager is the primary company interface for WIC Banking EBT Vendors/Retailers and third party processors (TPP). The Account Manager is responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of business relationships with Retailer and TPP staff. The position will be a subject matter expert in the Retailer and TPP business.

General areas of responsibility include:

?Acts as primary point-of-contact for Grocery Retailers (Vendors)

?Leads day-to-day Account Management of Vendors

?Is a subject matter expert in Grocery Retailer business

?Is capable of documenting all business requirements and can effectively coordinate those documented requirements with development teams

?Contributes to RFP, RFIs, business plans and other responses

?Oversight of WIC vendors and third party processor (TPP) agreements

?Oversight of technical support provided to vendors and TPPs during their system development and certification

?Management and oversight of installation of stand-beside EBT POS terminals

?Knowledge of the Grocery Payment Systems industry participants and infrastructure

?Use initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day-to-day issues and challenges.

?Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client business - latest industry news and trends, legislation, regulations, compliance, regulatory frameworks and other information

?Supports company presence at exhibitions and/or conferences

?Able to work appropriate hours to complete tasks to meet goals

?Attends and hosts training sessions to gather and disseminate knowledge

?Completes necessary account administration

?Occasionally travel is required

 

Technical knowledge and documented experience including:

?Bachelor?s degree or related experience

?3-5 years industry experience required

?Preferred knowledge in WIC, SNAP EBT transactions

?Technical and operational experience with grocery payment systems, financial payment processing networks, payment processing standards and technology, and POS solutions

?Day-to-day client management experience

?Project management skills

?Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint skills

?Experience giving presentations to clients

?Excellent verbal/written communication skills

?Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

?Ability to work in a team environment
